Catherine Curran BA, MSc, CPsychol Catherine is a Business Psychologist with 10 years experience consulting locally and internationally across a broad range of private and public sector organizations including the European Central Bank, Microsoft, CIT, KPMG, the European Investment Bank, Sara Lee, AIB, A&L Goodbody, and the HSE. Catherine’s approach is grounded in the strategic, yet practical, implementation of inclusive, merit-based and business focused approaches to all aspects of the organizational development and talent management cycle. Her expertise in supporting organizations in the strategic management of diversity allow her to quickly integrate and leverage the business strategy, leadership skills, culture and processes of an organization to create inclusive, high performing work environments. She has a particular passion for coaching and developing future leaders. Based on years of expertise of engaging, growing and developing critical talent to reach their full potential, Catherine utilizes best in class assessment for development processes to identify high-potentials and accelerate their development as future leaders of the business.
